Model(s) Release Agreement

This is a paid photography session. I understand that the Photographer retains full ownership and copyright of all images captured, and that I am granted personal usage rights only for the edited images I receive.

I give the Photographer permission to use selected images from this session for her portfolio, social media, website, promotional materials, or exhibitions. I understand my likeness may be associated with her brand and work.

I understand the Photographer may capture behind-the-scenes content (such as video clips or setup shots) and use it to promote her work and brand across social media or other platforms.

I understand that only the final, edited high-resolution images from my package will be delivered without a watermark. Any images shared publicly by the Photographer (e.g. previews, behind-the-scenes, or social posts) may include a visible watermark or signature. These watermarks must not be cropped, altered, or removed.

I may use the final edited images for personal use, such as printing and sharing on social media, and for professional self-promotion like LinkedIn, CVs, and modelling/casting platforms. I understand these images must not be used commercially (e.g. to promote a business, service, or product) unless I have received written permission and a commercial usage license from the Photographer.

I will not apply filters, crop out watermarks, or otherwise alter the Photographer’s images in any way without written permission.

I confirm that I am over 18 years old (or the legal guardian of the person being photographed), and I understand and agree to the terms of this model release agreement.
