Model Consent Form – Complimentary Shoot

I understand and agree that this complimentary session is being offered free of charge in exchange for the photographer’s creative use of the images for portfolio building and promotional purposes. I acknowledge that the session will last no less than 30 minutes and no longer than 60 minutes, depending on the agreed setup. Edited images will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe (usually 14 to 28 days). I also understand that if I bring someone with me to the session (such as a friend, partner, or additional subject), the shoot may need to be shortened to ensure it stays within the 60-minute timeframe and accommodates any limitations discussed prior to the session.

I give full consent to Maria Underhill Photography to edit, use, and publish the photographs taken during this session across social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest), the official website (www.mariaunderhill.com), printed or digital marketing materials, and submissions to photography exhibitions or features. I understand and accept that all final images will include a visible watermark or logo which cannot be removed, as it reflects the photographer’s licensing, branding, and creative ownership.

I understand that I am not required to post or share the images on my own social media platforms. However, if I choose to do so, I agree to tag and credit the photographer by mentioning @mariaunderhill_ on Instagram, or Maria Underhill Photography on Facebook. The official website where the images may appear includes www.mariaunderhill.com and any affiliated platforms owned or operated by the photographer. I agree not to remove or crop out the watermark or apply filters that significantly alter the style or tone of the final edits.

I agree to engage respectfully throughout the session and acknowledge the time, effort, and creativity involved. I understand that although the shoot is complimentary, I will not publicly misrepresent, speak negatively about, or defame the photographer or the final images. Any concerns or dissatisfaction will be discussed privately and respectfully.

I understand that only the final edited images selected by the photographer will be provided, and that RAW or unedited files will not be shared under any circumstance. I consent to the photographer making the final image selections and agree to raise any specific preferences or sensitivities before or during delivery of the final edits.
